Youth Mentorship Program

The Youth Mentorship Program is a structured initiative that onboards in-school and out-of-school young people aged between 12 and 35 years to equip them with 21st-century leadership, life and work-related skills. Through one-on-one or virtual mentorship sessions from professionals across diverse fields, the program strengthens psychosocial development, career readiness, leadership, and entrepreneurial capacity.

In addition, MYN runs Integrity Clubs in colleges across Makueni County to promote values-based leadership and civic responsibility.

We also support mentorship of lower-grade learners in public schools to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes. Targeting school leavers, unemployed graduates, and out-of-school youth, the program enhances employability and enables young people to start or scale sustainable self-employment opportunities.
