Makueni Youth Network (MYN) CBO was founded in 2014 to build a vibrant movement of young people committed to driving positive change across social, educational, economic, and political spaces. MYN is grounded in the belief that meaningful youth development can only be attained when young people are deliberately included in the planning and implementation of policies, programs, and investments that affect their lives. We organize, empower, and mentor young people through leadership development, education and capacity enhancement, and pathways to decent work and sustainable self-employment, enabling them to become active agents of change. To achieve lasting impact, MYN values strong partnerships with development actors, county and national governments, civil society, and the private sector to co-create inclusive and sustainable solutions.
